Mary Pat DeCarlo, Vice President, Adult Services

Mary Pat joined The Kennedy Collective in 2016, bringing experience working in Adult Services at several other human services agencies over the past 45 years.

Mary Pat began her career as a direct care staff and would take on increasing responsibility in program management, quality assurance, and administration. She has been an active participant in stakeholder work groups with other providers and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to develop policies and procedures and pave the way for deinstitutionalization.

Mary Pat is a member of the Connecticut Non-Profit Alliance and has served as a Tri-Chair of the Developmental Disabilities Division. She has also been a strong advocate for legislative change, testifying to committees for better funding, and supportive legislation for advocacy and regulations.
