WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
See how we help people with disabilities find an ideal position
The Maggie Daly Arts Cooperative (MDAC) is an enterprise of The Kennedy Collective designed to provide an inspiring environment where individuals with disabilities can learn, create, and benefit by participating in a multi-faceted arts program. Located in the Read’s Artspace in downtown Bridgeport, Connecticut, MDAC features an open-concept creator studio, as well as an exhibition gallery.
Hear from the Daly family about why MDAC is so powerful – and be in the studio with our artists as they create magical work.
The Kennedy Collective Calendar, as well as greeting cards of our artists’ work, are available for purchase at the Palm & Able thrift stores in Shelton & Trumbull, or online at www.palmandable.com. Proceeds go directly to supporting our artists and people with disabilities.

Creative expression has been at the heart of The Kennedy Collective and MDAC since our inception. By remaining true to the founding mission, we join together as a collective to do amazing things.
The Maggie Daly Arts Cooperative is a Day Support program designed for artists with disabilities who are ready to take the step to full participation in the arts – both independently and collectively – with peer artists, and artists in the community. Candidates should have a strong commitment and interest in art and a sincere desire to engage in the art-making process.
