Celebrate Mother's Day with Purpose

This Mother’s Day, The Kennedy Collective celebrates the strength, spirit, and boundless love of mothers—especially those raising children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their journeys are filled with determination, resilience, and the constant pursuit of a brighter, more inclusive world.

These mothers are not only caregivers—they are advocates, teachers, role models, and leaders.

Just like Evelyn Kennedy, our visionary founder and a mother herself, today’s Kennedy Collective moms embody the very spirit of our mission: building a world where every individual is seen, supported, and celebrated.

This Mother’s Day, we invite you to honor the Hearts of Strength in your life by supporting The Kennedy Collective. Your gift uplifts mothers, empowers families, and changes lives. Give in honor of a mother.

The Love That Leads Us

TKC has come full circle in my life. From a young mother seeking help for my children to a Kennedy Collective professional now delivering that same compassionate care to others, my journey is a testament to the power of community, dedication, and support. I am deeply grateful for the role this organization has played in my family’s life—and now, in the lives of so many others.

Indra Prendergast, Direct Support Professional & TKC Employee

Every mother’s dream is for her children to grow up happy, independent, and empowered to make a difference. I’ve seen firsthand how TKC empowers individuals with disabilities to thrive—building confidence, connection, and purpose. This Mother’s Day, let us honor the power of a mother’s love by supporting their life-changing work.

Vanessa Fahy, TKC Board of Directors

Nearly ten years ago, my son’s autism diagnosis forever shaped my journey as a parent. Through it all, I’ve learned the power of self-care and the importance of fostering an inclusive, supportive community. Inspired by my incredible, spirited son, I support TKC, working alongside compassionate individuals who uplift families with special needs.
