Kimberly Stine is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Vice President of Program Services at The Kennedy Collective. Since joining the organization in 2012, Kim has held a variety of leadership roles, including Supervisor in Residential Supports, Clinical Director, and Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services.
With over a decade of experience, Kim is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices, high-quality service delivery, and innovative program development. In her current role, she leads with a focus on clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, and expanding access to critical services for individuals and families across the agency.
Kim is passionate about empowering teams, driving meaningful outcomes, and fostering inclusive, person-centered supports.
