Over 20 years ago, The Kennedy Collective expanded its job training services for individuals with disabilities to include groundskeeping and landscaping – building a small crew that was trained on The Kennedy Collective properties before expanding to service residential lawns, commercial properties, and state property contracts. What began as an employment training program focused on teaching individuals the fundamentals of property care has evolved into a full-fledged business enterprise offering a range of groundskeeping and landscaping services.
