At The Kennedy Collective, we are committed to fostering inclusive communities by equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully engage with individuals with Autism. Our specialized training, led by a Master’s-level Behaviorist, is designed for first responders, educators, and hospital staff to ensure effective communication, de-escalation, and understanding in real-world situations.
Taylor Miller holds a B.S. in Behavioral Psychology from Charter Oak State College and an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. With over 12 years of experience, Taylor specializes in supporting individuals with a broad range of disabilities—including autism, Rett’s Syndrome, Fragile X, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental health conditions such as OCD, schizophrenia, and anxiety.
Certified in PMT, CPR, and Positive Behavioral Supports, Taylor has worked across diverse environments including schools, day programs, group homes, and family settings. She conducts behavioral assessments and develops evidence-based treatment plans focused on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and promoting independence.
Taylor also provides training for parents and staff on ABA fundamentals, reinforcement strategies, de-escalation, functional communication, and more—empowering teams to support individuals with compassion and consistency.
