• The Kennedy Collective Supported Employment Team Manager will meet with your Human Resource personnel to pre-select candidates for direct hire employment.
• Where desired, a Working Assessment can be scheduled at no cost to your business.
• Once an individual is hired, The Kennedy Collective Employment Job Coach can remain on site to assist in orientating and initially training your new employee.
• The Kennedy Collective Supported Employment Team Manager or Job Coach can also remain a long-term resource for employee mentoring, assistance with learning new job tasks, and assessing employee performance.

Temporary Hires

• A great option if your business has fluctuating labor needs.
• Temporary hires are available for both short-term and long-term placement in your business.
• The Kennedy Collective Supported Employment Team Manager will meet with your Human Resource personnel to pre-select candidates for temporary hire employment from our ready-to-work talent pool.
• The Kennedy Collective Supported Employment Job Coach will accompany a temporary individual or work crew.
• Where desired, a Working Assessment can be scheduled at no cost to your business.
• Once a person with a disability is hired, The Kennedy Collective Employment Job Coach can remain on site to assist in orientating and initially training your new employee.
• The Kennedy Collective Supported Employment Team Manager or Job Coach can also remain a long-term resource for employee mentoring, assistance with learning new job tasks, and assessing employee performance.

Hires with On-Site Supports

• A great option if your business needs a crew of workers, but you don’t want to oversee them.
• The Kennedy Collective Supported Employment Team Manager will meet with your Human Resource personnel to understand the specific roles that the crew of workers will assume in your operation.
• A minimum crew of 3 workers, and a maximum crew of 10 workers, will be created from our ready-to-work talent pool - by matching individuals’ skill sets to your company needs.
• During the initial stages of a long-term assignment, The Kennedy Collective Job Coach will provide free on-site supervision of the working crew.
• A one-stop contract option is available, if that is desired instead of a direct employment relationship.
