Project SEARCH is a 9-month unpaid internship program preparing young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for competitive employment. The program, which kicked off in September 2023, is a partnership between Project SEARCH, The Kennedy Collective, Stratford YMCA, Stratford Public Schools and DDS.
