AJ's Journey to Employment

Meet AJ! AJ started in our Transition to Employment program in August and is already at his first internship site, Chili’s! 

He is off to an incredible start assembling silverware for the restaurant and weighing vegetables for portion sizes. He’s excited to learn new skills, work in different locations, and make new friends along the way.

Our Transition to Employment program focuses on work readiness, helping individuals build the skills they need to secure and maintain competitive employment within three years — all while increasing independence. We wish you the best on your new journey, AJ!
