The Kennedy Collective was honored this December with two distinguished awards celebrating our leadership and impact across the region. On December 4, we received the Non-Profit Leadership Award from the Bridgeport Regional Business Council at their annual dinner gala. Just days later, on December 12, the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce presented us with their Milestone Award, recognizing TKC’s 75 years of service, inclusion, and community partnership.

Our long-standing work, including our partnership with AbilityOne, continues to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and expand our impact across Connecticut.

Rick Sebastian, President & CEO, accepted both awards on behalf of The Kennedy Collective, sharing gratitude for the staff, families, partners, and supporters who make our mission possible every day. These honors reflect not only our history, but the bright future we continue building together.
