Every October, we join organizations across the country in celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), which recognizes the skills and talents people with disabilities bring to the workforce. This year's national theme is "Celebrating Value and Talent."

At The Kennedy Collective, this celebration is personal. Every day, we see what happens when talent meets opportunity: people discover their strengths, build confidence, and take pride in a job well done. We help individuals build workplace skills, partner with inclusive employers, and stay connected as careers grow.

All month long, we'll share stories about the people, employers, and job coaches who make inclusive employment happen. Follow along and help us celebrate.
