For six years, Brynn has worked as an Accounting Clerk with HUD in Albany, New York, where meaningful work has given her independence and opportunity.

This year, Brynn took her story to a national stage. She represented The Kennedy Collective at the SourceAmerica Grassroots Advocacy Conference in Washington, D.C., and shared her employment journey with fellow advocates and members of Congress. Her message: policy decisions shape real careers, and people with disabilities deserve a seat at the table.

Brynn is helping open doors for others, and we're proud to have her represent TKC.

"When people share their stories, they help build a more inclusive future."
