Real Work, Real Skills, Real Pride

Walk into American Liquidations in Milford and you'll find members of our Transition to Employment (T2E) group in bright red vests, sorting, tagging, and getting clothing ready for the sales floor. They aren't just watching. They're part of the team.

Participants get hands-on retail experience and practice skills they can use in any job: following directions, working with coworkers, solving problems, and speaking up for what they need. Blanca Guzman, our Career Advancement Transition Specialist, works with them on site.
