Through our partnership with NRG in Bridgeport, CT, individuals supported by TKC have the opportunity to contribute their talents, gain valuable work experience, and grow their independence. As employees learn to communicate their needs, take on new responsibilities, and pursue their goals, they demonstrate the power of self-advocacy and the impact that inclusive employers can have on creating meaningful opportunities for all.
