This August, we celebrate the many ways creativity shows up at The Kennedy Collective everyday. Creativity is found in the determination to learn new skills, adapt to new environments, and discover a path toward independence.

After graduating from the Project SEARCH program at the Milford YMCA, Alex successfully Transitioned to Employment in childcare at the YMCA in Ansonia. Through his willingness to embrace new opportunities, Alex has turned experience gained into a meaningful career supporting children and families.

Alex's journey is a reminder that creativity often means finding new ways to grow, contribute, and achieve personal goals.
