DDS STEP Program Featuring The Kennedy Collective

Deon Womack, Sandy Dowling & The Kennedy Collective Landscaping & Groundskeeping team were featured in a video created by DDS to spotlight their STEP (Supporting Transformation to Empower People) program. Enabling people to take more control of their lives and ensuring that they feel valued and respected in the process is a critical first STEP toward this goal. 

Employment supports through DDS & The Kennedy Collective help people with disabilities develop work skills and obtain a good job in their community, with the necessary support to ensure their success.
