Helping Future Workers Find Their Voice

This month, we're shining a light on Blanca Guzman, TKC Career Advancement Transition Specialist, who makes a difference every day through our Transition to Employment Program (T2E). By providing hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance, Blanca helps interns build workplace skills, grow their confidence, and self-advocate as they gain real-world experience at job sites across Connecticut. Most recently, participants have been working at American Liquidations in Milford, CT, preparing clothing for the sales floor.

Blanca's dedication helps participants discover their strengths, gain independence, and take meaningful steps toward future employment. We're grateful for the positive impact she makes on our community every day.
