I-RISE Leadership Training

From August through October 2024, 76 Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents from The Kennedy Collective participated in The Connection's I-RISE Leadership Training Program.

The comprehensive and innovative program included six, four-hour interactive sessions designed to unlock the full potential of attendees and empower them to become highly effective and adaptable leaders of their teams.
