The Kennedy Collective recently partnered with our friends at the Stratford and Woodruff Family YMCAs to host a series of powerful NDEAM panel discussions. Four individuals who received job training and placement support from TKC shared their personal journeys toward meaningful employment.

Their stories highlight the tremendous value of hiring people with disabilities and the lasting impact of inclusive workplaces. Together, we’re proving that when everyone is given the opportunity to contribute, our whole community thrives.

These conversations, along with our strong community collaborations and our longstanding partnership with AbilityOne®, continue to expand opportunities and deepen the impact we create together.
