The Kennedy Center is hosting a series of free information workshops for parents/caregivers of children with special needs, focusing on a different topic each month. 

Held on Monday evenings once a month, each workshop will be presented by Deborah A. Carroll, Ph.D, a psychology professor at SCSU. Meetings will be held at The Kennedy Center's 39 Lindeman Drive campus in Trumbull from 5:30-7 p.m.

Monday, Feb. 4: Advocacy (Snow date: March 18)

Monday, March 4: Working with the Community for Summer Programming (Snow Date March 18)

Monday, April 8: Transition 18 and Beyond

Monday, May 6: Special Education Law with Attorney Lawrence Berliner.
