Staff Spotlight: Brendan, Vocational Training and Support Specialist

For Brendan, employment is about much more than finding a job. As a Vocational Training and Support Specialist, he helps individuals discover their strengths, build confidence, and reach goals they once thought were out of reach.

Over 12 years at The Kennedy Collective, Brendan has helped countless people start new jobs, learn workplace skills, and grow in their roles. He works closely with employers, families, and support teams so every person has what they need to succeed.

This National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Brendan hopes more people will see the value of inclusive employment. His advice to job seekers is simple: keep looking and don't give up.
