From Prep to Purpose: T2E Participants Sizzle at Chili’s!

Transition to Employment (T2E) participants got a taste of the working world with an exciting internship at Chili’s! Each week, they rolled up their sleeves and sharpened real-world job skills—like packaging cutlery and napkins, prepping credit card machines, and portioning fresh veggies for meals.

Thanks to Chili’s, these interns gained more than experience—they built confidence, independence, and a solid foundation for future success.
