Every month, we spotlight the motivation that defines one employee’s passion, drive, and commitment to The Kennedy Collective Mission. In May, we spotlight Jennifer Jurgiewicz.

When asked "Why" she became a DSP, Jennifer responded, "My "Why" started as a way to make extra money to help my kids with college. It changed after a few Monday's of working with my one-to-one. When I walk in the door, she greets me with a big smile and yells, "goody goody gumdrops, Jenn is here!" - it makes my heart full. That is my new "Why".
